Sharpen your skills and have FUN on the ice at our ALL CAPS ALL HER Girls Hockey Camp at MedStar Capitals Iceplex in Arlington, VA! The ALL CAPS ALL HER Girls Hockey Camp is intended to enhance camper's hockey skills, game play, and off-ice knowledge. This camp will feature guest instruction from various female hockey ambassadors that may include: current/former Team USA Olympians and National Team players, PWHL players, NCAA players, and local notable players and coaches.
Please note that this camp is open to players of ALL skill levels and will be a mixture of skill development as well as FUN!
Please note that this is not an elite-level development camp. The goal of this camp is to provide a fun experience for all players while developing both individual and team skills!
CAMP DETAILS
- Players must be between the ages 7-14 by August 4, 2025
- $ 675.00 per player (skaters & goalies)
- 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (specific times to bet sent closer to camp dates)
The ALL CAPS ALL HER Girls Hockey Camp will focus on comprehensive on-ice and off-ice skill development concentrating on speed, agility, power, endurance, and flexibility. Each camp day will include on-ice drills and competition, off-ice conditioning and/or games, and off-ice educational seminars and Q&A's.
Participants in this camp should have strong ice hockey & skating experience. Previous league play is not required, but we do require that players have proficient skating experience and previous ice hockey instructional experience.
